The Servae app is a Progressive Web App (PWA). That means you open it via a web link, but once “installed,” it looks and behaves like an app—with a home-screen icon, full-screen, fast loading, and background updates.
Open Servae at your Servae link; Then follow the steps for your device:
iPhone & iPad (Safari)

Open the Servae link in Safari.

Tap the Share icon (square with ↑).

Choose Add to Home Screen.

Name it Servae → Add.

Open Servae from your Home Screen. If prompted, Allow notifications.
Tip: If you opened the link inside Instagram/TikTok/Facebook, tap … > Open in Safari first—the install won’t appear inside in-app browsers.
Android (Chrome)

Open the Servae link in Chrome.

If you see an Install banner, tap Install.

If not: tap ⋮ (menu) → Install app (or Add to Home screen).

Confirm Install.

Open Servae from your home screen/app drawer. Allow notifications if asked.

Don’t see “Add to Home Screen/Install”?

Use Safari (iOS) or Chrome (Android/Desktop).

Open outside of social app browsers (tap Open in Safari/Chrome).

Notifications not arriving?

Ensure you allow notifications when prompted.

iOS: Settings → Notifications → Servae → Allow.

Android/desktop: allow notifications in the browser/site settings.

App looks outdated?
-
Pull down to refresh (mobile) PWAs update silently in the background.
