By creating an account on Servae, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any updates we may make. If you do not agree, you should not use the app.

2. About Servae

Servae is a beauty and wellness directory, booking engine, and marketplace. It allows you to:

Search and discover service providers by ZIP code, neighborhood, or landmark.
View verified provider profiles, reviews, and contact information.
Book appointments through our booking engine (Upcoming Feature)
Save providers to your Watchlist for future reference.
Receive notifications and updates from providers you follow or have contacted.

Servae does not provide beauty or wellness services directly. All services are delivered by independent providers listed on the platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information when signing up.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

4. Booking and Payments

Bookings are made directly through the Servae app using our integrated booking engine.
Prices are set by service providers. Servae does not control or alter pricing but may display promotions or discounts.
Payments, deposits, or fees (if applicable) are processed securely through Stripe.com.
Refunds and cancellations are subject to the service provider’s policy, not Servae’s.

5. Reviews and User Content

You may leave reviews and feedback based on your real experience with providers. Leave Reviews On The Directory Or Marketplaceace.
All reviews must be honest, respectful, and free from offensive or misleading content.
Servae reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews that violate our guidelines.

6. Watchlist and Notifications

Adding a provider to your Watchlist saves them for quick access.
If you follow or favorite a provider, they may send you notifications through Servae.
Providers may respond to your notifications by contacting you directly via your preferred method (phone, email, WhatsApp).

7. Limitation of Liability

Servae is a platform for discovery, booking, and marketplace transactions.
We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or outcome of services provided.
Any disputes regarding services, pricing, or experiences must be resolved directly with the provider.
Servae is not liable for losses, damages, or claims arising from use of provider services.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Contact details you provide may be shared with providers you book or follow, solely for service-related communication ONLY.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

Servae may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Provide false or misleading information.
Misuse the app (spam, harassment, fraud, abuse).
Violate these Terms & Conditions.

10. Changes to Terms

Servae may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted in the app, and continued use means you accept the revised terms.
